When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

What are your shipping rates for shipping?

Rates are shown during checkout, depending on your country.

How long will shipping take within the U.S.?

Standard shipping is via UPS or USPS via our 2 fulfillment centers (Las Vegas & New York) and will be received within 4-7 business days for SERAPHIM products and an additional 5 business days for SERAPHIM Partner. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking number.

How long will shipping take outside the U.S.?

We process your order within 24-72 business hours though shipment times vary per courier. Items are expected to be received typically within 7-21 business days but could take up to 60 days due to COVID-19. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday. SERAPHIM will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.
